安装磁流变阻尼器控制系统的控制效果分析*

张海为1, 程亚鹏2, 林庆立1(1机械工业第九设计研究院,长春130011; 2哈尔滨工业大学建筑设计研究院,哈尔滨150090)[摘要] 磁流变阻尼器控制系统在工程抗震中的推广和应用还有许多问题需要解决,本文力图在安装该控制系统的抗震设计方法方面做一些工作。首先在总结磁流变阻尼器的力学模型及工作原理的基础上,提炼出振动控制设计需要的力学参数。应用经典线性最优控制算法对结构受控方程进行分析,从振动控制本质出发,给出了磁流变阻尼器控制系统的5种控制方法。采用本文提出的库仑可调控制律,结合具体工程算例对不同控制方法进行了控制效果分析和比较,发现只有连续可调控制才能在不放大结构的绝对加速度的条件下,具有较好的层间位移控制效果。[关键词] 磁流变阻尼器;开关控制;峰值可调控制;控制效果中图分类号:TU352.1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2012) S2-0342-05Analysis on control effect with magnetorheological damper control systemZhang Haiwei1, Cheng Yapeng2, Lin Qingli1(1 MMI Planning & Engineering Institute Ⅸ,Changchun 130011, China; 2 Institute of Architectural Design and Research, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150090, China)Abstract: The development and application of MRD control system in seismic design still have a lot of problems to be solved. This paper mainly deals with seismic design methods of control system. Firstly, based on the summarization of MRD's damping force model and its working principle, the mechanical parameters for vibration control are extracted. Implementing the LQR controllaw the controlled structural equation is analyzed. From the view of control essence, five control methods of MRD control system are introduced. Employing the Kulun adjustable control law presented by the thesis, different control methods are applied to the actual structure. The conclusion that only the continuous adjustable control method can decrease the relative drift on condition that the absolute acceleration can't increase is drawn.Keywords: magnetorheological dampers; on-off control; peak regulating control; material nonlinear, control effect
