[摘要] 针对带柱帽板柱结构的防脱落验算、框架梁通长筋的构造要求、剪力墙水平施工缝截面受剪验算超限时附加插筋的布置等三个问题进行了讨论，提出了自己的看法，供设计参考。

Abstract: The progressive collapse prevention of flat-plate structure with slab column-cap was discussed, the construction requirement of frame beam and construction joint checking of shear wall, then gave some suggestions for design.
