超高层钢筋混凝土建筑结构抗震性能化评价体系与方法*

Although the "Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (2010 Edition)” has adopted the performance based seismic design method, the application of this method in the design and evaluation of super high rise buildings is still under investigation. Based on the code specified seismic performance based design procedure, a 250 meters tall building in Chongqing was analyzed using the nonlinear analysis program Perform-3D to examine it seismic performance.
