[摘要] 主要介绍了济南省会文化中心图书馆的结构设计，该工程为外圈采用斜钢管混凝土柱的框架．剪力墙结构，U形大堂内设有独立的蛋形报告厅、内连桥以及屋面采光顶等大跨钢结构，也有高度达28m的折形抗风柱，是一复杂超限高层建筑。设计人员通过计算分析和采取必要的加强措施，使其满足规范和超限审查的安全要求。

Abstact: It introduces structure design on library of Jinan Culture Center. The library, with inclined concrete filled steel tubular column around outer ring, is a concrete frame-shear wall structure. It includes several long span steel structures, such as the roof of lecture hall,  intemal connection bridge and light roof in the U shaped lobby. It is a ultra-linut high-rise building with two steel pipe latticed column, which is bended and only used to endure horizontal wind load. Some enhanced measures have been taken to ensure the security of the structure. The design meets the demands of code and ultra-linut examination.
