[摘要] 结合带转换超高层住宅的工程实例，介绍了结构布置的特点和结构抗震性能目标的确定，通过对结构在不同抗震设防水准下的计算分析和工程判断，找出了结构的薄弱部位和薄弱构件，采取了针对性的结构抗震加强措施，确保了结构抗震性能目标的实现。

Abstract: Combined with the specific project example of the super high-rise residential building with transfer story, the thesis introduces the characteristics of structural layout and the detemunation of seismic performance objectives of structure. Based on the calculation analysis and engineering judgments in different seismic fortification level, we find out the weak positions and members, and adopt the corresponding seismic strengthening measures to ensure the eismic performance objectives of structure.
