深圳水湾1979项目6号楼结构超限设计

李建伟, 王乐辉, 赵 勇(中建国际(深圳)设计顾问有限公司,深圳518048)[摘要] 对一栋存在多项超限的155m高的钢筋混凝土框支-剪力墙结构进行抗震性能设计。根据规范,对结构构件制定一系列的抗震性能目标,同时满足安全性和经济性。根据抗震性能目标,对结构进行不同性能水准的地震作用分析。根据小、中震的分析结果,进行薄弱连接楼板、转换层楼板设计。基于Pushover分析,进行结构薄弱部位构件的加强。结果表明:通过制定合理的抗震性能目标,可有效地提高超限结构的抗震性能。此工程实例为其他工程的结构抗震性能设计提供了参考。[关键词] 框支-剪力墙;抗震性能目标;薄弱连接;Pushover分析中图分类号:TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2012) S2-0246-05Out-codes design of structure in ShuiWan 1979 Project Tower 6Li Jianwei, Wang Lehui, Zhao Yong( China Construction( Shenzhen) Design International, Shenzhen 518048, China)Abstract: Performance-based seismic design is taken on reinforced concrete shear walls supported on frames, which has a height of155 meters and several out-codes instances. According to code, a series of seismic performance objectives of different structure members are established to satisfy safety and economy. Then, earthquake action analysis of different levels is used on structure. Design of weak connection slab and changing floor is based on the results of minor and moderate earthquake. Strengthening of weak part structure members is based on the results of pushover analysis. The conclusions show that the seismic capacity of out-codes structure can be significantly improved when seismic performance objectives are reasonable adopted.
