[摘要] 本文介绍了杭州某超高层建筑结构设计的主要过程，重点介绍了该超高层建筑的抗震性能设计，针对不同的抗震性能目标，进行了多遇地震弹性计算、设防地震弹性和不屈服计算和罕遇地震下的不屈服计算分析，同时进行了罕遇地震下的双向Pushover分析，并介绍了针对该工程的超限情况采取的相应构造措施，以及特殊部位的处理措施，保证本工程能满足规范规定的抗震设防目标的要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces the main structural design process of a super high-rise office building in Hangzhou. Performance-based seismic design of this building is introduced in detail. According to different seismic performance objectives, elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic analysis and un-yield analysis of components under moderate earthquake and un-yield analysis of components under rare earthquake are analyzed, meanwhile Pushover analysis under rare earthquake is applied. Some constructional measures for out-of-codes tall buildings and treatment measures of special part are also introduced, which ensure the building to satisfy the seismic performance objectives.
