大连富丽华三期超高层结构设计

[摘要] 大连富丽华三期为酒店式公寓,地上55层(结构58层),地下4层,建筑高度为198. 60m,结构形式为框架-剪力墙结构。针对超限情况和结构体系,根据超限审查意见,拟定合理的抗震性能设计目标及采取相应有效措施,采用弹性时程分析、动力弹塑性时程分析找到薄弱层及薄弱部位,进行加强。

Structure design of extra-high building of Dalian Furama project phase Ⅲ

Abstract: Dalian Furama project phase IIIis a frame-shear-wall-structure serviced apartment, which is 198.6 m high with 55 layers (58 structure layers) over ground, and 4 layers underground. According to the examination opinions on overrun, some corresponding effective measures were taken to consider reasonable seismic performance design objectives. Moreover, the elastic time-history analysis and the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis were used to look for the weak layer and weak parts, and then strengthen them.
