[摘要] 介绍了使用MIDAS Building进行结构抗震性能设计的方法，给出了利用程序进行结构抗震性能设计的计算步骤。表明使用MIDAS Building能将繁杂的规范条文变成方便的人机交互，从而使超限结构中关键构件的

性能设计变成现实。

Abstract: This paper introduces the methods of seisnuc performance design in MIDAS Building. It reviews the procedures of seismic performance design of structure, and it is proved convenient to be mastered in MIDAS Building, therefore, the methods of seismic performance design of key elements become a reality.
