某风电设备研发中心特重型钢管混凝土结构试验厂房设计研究

赵宏训,骆兰月,饶建兵,秦亚丽(中国中元国际工程公司,北京 100089)[摘要]结合某工程实例,针对重型钢管混凝土结构厂房总体结构选型、节点形式、控制指标等进行了分析研究。下柱采用独特的四肢钢管混凝土结构,运用SAP2000和PKPM/STPJ软件对主刚架及构件进行计算对比,并对肩梁、梁柱弧形加腋连接等复杂节点进行了有限元分析,给出与简化计算的差别,为类似工程积累了设计经验。[关键词]钢管混凝土格构柱; 整体结构计算; 节点设计及构造; 有限元分析中图分类号:TU392.3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)03-0103-05Structural design and analysis on the super heavy experiment factory with concretedfilled steel tubular structure for a wind power equipment analysis centerZhao Hongxun, Luo Lanyue, Rao Jianbing, Qin Yali(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: Based on an engineering example, the structure type, joint type and control index for the super heavy concrete-filled steel tubular structure were analyzed. The lower column of the main frame is the concrete-filled steel tubular column with four limbs, and the main frame and its elements were analyzed and compared with SAP2000 and PKPM/STPJ.
