太原重工某大型炼铸钢厂房结构设计思路

温庆东,张作运,刘辰,周廷垣,马杰,郑希明,王继涛(中国中元国际工程公司,北京 100089)[摘要]太原重工某大型炼铸钢厂是装配有多层大吨位重型工作制吊车的多联不等高跨综合联合生产厂房,设计在总平面布置和竖向设计既定的条件下进行,要使炼钢、铸钢、锻造、热处理四大生产系统及其各自所属的工段或工部既自成一独立的单体互不干扰,又是一个有机整体便于生产,给结构布置和设计带来了很大挑战。对该厂房结构设计的方法及特点进行了介绍,并重点分析了该厂房平面轴网设计、结构布置选型、关键节点处理等几方面内容,可以为类似工程积累经验。[关键词]多联不等高跨; 多层大吨位吊车; 多阶格构式柱中图分类号:TU273 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)03-0093-05Structural design on a large steel making and casting factory workshop of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.Wen Qingdong, Zhang Zuoyun, Liu Chen, Zhou Tingyuan, Ma Jie, Zheng Ximing, Wang Jitao(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: A large steel making and casting factory workshop in Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive and joint production workshop with multi-layer large-tonnage heavy duty crane and multispan of unequal height. Four production systems such as steel-making, steel-casting, forging, heat treatment and their respective sections are a single not interfere with each other, they are an organic whole to production as well. It brings a great challenge to structural arrangement and design. The method and features of structural design was described, and a few aspects of the analysis of the plane axis design, structural arrangement, key nodes processing were analyzed.
