海口置地广场主楼结构设计

张松,肖自强,张同亿,张建明,张震,刘彬(中国中元国际工程公司, 北京 100089)[摘要]结合建筑功能要求和场地条件,考虑高度为200.8m的海口置地广场主楼的抗震设防烈度高和基本风压大的特点,确定其结构体系为带加强层的筒中筒结构,属于高度超限的复杂高层结构。介绍了结构体系,抗震设计性能化目标,弹性分析、弹塑性分析的结果,以及地基基础的设计和为提高结构的抗震性能进行的关键构件设计。采取了结构核心筒在上部转化为壁柱式剪力墙筒体的措施,减小地震作用,从而减轻底部加强区构件强度设计的难度。[关键词]复杂高层结构; 抗震性能化设计; 筒中筒结构; 加强层中图分类号:TU375.3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)03-0068-04Structural design on the main building of Haikou Zhidi PlazaZhang Song, Xiao Ziqiang, Zhang Tongyi, Zhang Jianming, Zhang Zhen, Liu Bin(China IPPR International Engineering Corporation, Beijing 100089, China)Abstract: Based on building functional requirements and natural conditions of the site, the tube in tube with enhanced floors structural system was adopted in the main building (height is 200.8m) of Haikou Zhidi Plaza, which is a height exceed limit complicated high-rise structure. The structural system, performance objectives, the results of elastic analysis and elastoplastic analysis, the foundation design and key members design for performance-based seismic design were introduced.
