日本抗震规范中有关地震力和输入地震波的处理方法

[提要]近20年来的震害情况表明,在建筑抗震设计中不能简单地只设定以生命安全为目标的单一抗震设防标准,而且还应该确保地震时建筑物的正常使用功能。从介绍日本抗震设计规范的思想及其演变过程入手,重点介绍2000年开始实施的基于性能设计的法规,讨论其对地震力和输入地震波的特殊规定以及新验证方法的特点,为我国地震工作者和建筑抗震设计人员提供一些参考。

Abstract:The catastrophic of earthquake in the world over the past 20 years shows that the life safety can not simply be the only target for seismic design of buildings. The life safety and building function available during earthquake are both important. The idea of Japanese antiearthquake design code and its developing process are introduced firstly, then the seismic force and input seismic wave in performancebased design code applied from 2000 are introduced, some special conventions and new methods are also discussed principally. The research of Japanese seismic design idea is helpful, and the research can be a reference for Chinese seismologists and civil engineers.
