(建学建筑与工程设计所有限公司,上海200336)[摘要] 上海虹桥丽宝广场(北)位于虹桥商务核心区一期01地块D04a街坊,建筑造型独特,结构体系采用了不对称大底盘双塔楼结构。两个塔楼一个为L形,一个为圆形,平面形状及刚度相差显著,结构的扭转效应明显。其平面和立面规则性均超限,不满足现行抗震设计规范的要求。采用了PUSH&EPDA程序建立了结构整体分析模型,对结构进行了7度罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性分析。计算结果表明,罕遇地震下结构的最大弹塑性层间位移角为1/89,满足规范要求。

(Jianxue Architecture and Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200336, China)Abstract: Shanghai Hongqiao Libao Square( North) is located in Hongcpao central business district phase 1 01 block D04a neighborhood. It is unique in architectural modeling and has used asymmetric Twin Towers structure with a large chassis. Because of different flat shape and stiffness between two towers of a L shape,a circular, the torsion seismic vibration is obvious. It is irregular in layout and in elevation, which does not meet the requirement of the present seismic design code. Using PUSH&EPDA procedure to establish a whole structure analysis model, the elasto-plastic pushover analysis was camed out under the rare intensity of 7 degree earthquake. The calculation results show that, under the rare earthquake, the maximal elasto-plastic inter-story displacement angle of the building is 1/89, which meet the seismic design require code.
