缓粘结预应力钢绞线与混凝土粘结性能试验研究

吴转琴,尚仁杰,洪光,夏京亮,寅志强(中冶建筑研究总院有限公司,北京 100088)[摘要]缓粘结预应力钢绞线与混凝土之间的粘结锚固性能关系到缓粘结预应力混凝土结构的受力,通过对8个试件的拉拔试验,研究了缓粘结预应力钢绞线与混凝土之间的粘结锚固性能,测得了钢绞线拉力与滑移量之间的关系曲线。试验证明,缓粘结钢绞线外包护套的横肋高度直接影响到缓粘结钢绞线与混凝土之间的粘结性能,横肋越高,钢绞线从混凝土试件中拔出的拉拔力越大,粘结性能越好。试验结果对缓粘结钢绞线的制作和缓粘结预应力混凝土结构设计和工程应用提供参考。[关键词]缓粘结预应力钢绞线; 粘结锚固性能; 拉拔试验中图分类号:TU378.8 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)02-0068-03Experimental study on cohesive property between retardbonded prestressing steel strand and concreteWu Zhuanqin, Shang Renjie, Hong Guang, Xia Jingliang, Yin Zhiqiang( Central Research Institute of Building and Construction, MCC Group Co., Ltd., Beijing100088, China)Abstract: The cohesive anchorage property between retard-bonded prestressing steel strand and concrete is important to the retard-bonded prestressed concrete structure. The pull-out experiments of 8 test specimens were carried out to study the cohesive anchorage property of retard-bonded prestressing steel strand, and the curves of load versus slide displacement were obtained. It is shown that the cohesive anchorage property is affected by the height of the transverse rib directly. The higher the transverse rib is, the larger the pull\|out force would be.
