点支式幕墙索桁架支承结构安全性检测方法

左勇志1,鲁巧稚2,刘育民1,霍达2,郑敬杰1(1 北京市建筑工程研究院,北京 100039; 2 北京工业大学建筑工程学院,北京 100124)[摘要]点支式幕墙的检测方法的缺乏使得点支式幕墙的安全性鉴定工作成为一个难题。预应力索桁架体系是点支式玻璃幕墙支承结构的典型形式。对玻璃幕墙各种损伤因素进行了总结,包括连接件失效、联系杆损坏、拉索预应力损失、节点坐标偏差和锚固端损伤,并在此基础上提出一种对幕墙索桁架支承体系安全性进行检测的方法。以某幕墙工程为例,从各种损伤因素的角度对幕墙工程的现状进行了检测,建立有限元计算模型进行承载能力分析并对幕墙安全性做出评估,验证了该方法的可行性。[关键词]点支式幕墙;索桁架;检测;有限元分析中图分类号:TU351,TU394 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)02-0045-03Safety detection of cable truss support system in point-supporting curtain wallsZuo Yongzhi1, Lu Qiaozhi2, Liu Yumin1, Huo Da2, Zheng Jingjie1(1 Beijing Building Construction Research Institute, Beijing 100039, China; 2 College of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Beijing University of , Beijing 100124, China)Abstract: The shortage of detection method for point-supporting curtain walls makes the evaluation of the safety of these curtain walls very difficult. Prestressed cable truss system is a typical supporting form in point-supporting curtain walls. Damage factors to glass curtain walls were summarized, including connector failure, compression bar damage, cable prestress loss, offset of node coordinate and cable anchorage failure. On the basis of these factors, a safety detection method of cable truss system for curtain walls was proposed.
