复杂超限高位大跨连体结构设计

魏利金,崔世敏,史炎升(北京三磊建筑设计有限公司,北京 100048)[摘要]项目是由左右两塔与高位大跨连廊组成的三位一体的复杂高层建筑。连体结构部分的位置高、跨度大,且两侧塔楼与中间连体结构层高不同,有局部错层,同时因主体结构和连体部位采用两种不同类型材料,给结构设计带来了较大的挑战。设计采用了多项有效抗震技术措施,详细分析了连体结构、高位大跨连廊的受力性能,通过振动台模型试验验证了所采取的抗震措施的可行性,工程设计顺利通过超限建筑专项审查。[关键词]复杂高层建筑;高位大跨连体;抗震分析;振动台模型试验中图分类号:TU398+.9 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)02-0012-05Design on a complex high rise building with a high-position and large-span connected structureWei Lijin, Cui Shimin, Shi Yansheng(Beijing Sunlay Design Group Co., Ltd., Beijing 100048, China)Abstract: A complex high rise building is composed of two towers and a high-position and large-span connected structure. The structure design is a big challenge, owing to the connected structure is a high-position and large-span structure, the storey heights of both sides of the tower and the connected structure are different, and the parts of main structure and connected structure are made of two different types of materials. The stress performances of the connected structure and the high-position and large-span gallery were analyzed, and the feasibility of seismic measures was verified by the shaking table model test.
