中宇国际大厦超高层结构抗震设计

于锦华,肖志斌,刘中华,干钢(浙江大学建筑设计研究院,杭州 310027)[摘要]中宇国际大厦主楼为高204m的超限高层建筑,采用圆形钢管混凝土柱框架钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。为保证结构延性,针对超限情况及结构体系,提出性能设计目标,利用承载力及变形验证不同水准下结构与构件的抗震性能,包括小震弹性计算、中震弹性关键构件验算以及罕遇地震下的弹塑性动力时程分析。工程采用了3种不同的计算软件进行结构分析,以提高结构设计的可靠性。计算结果表明,通过采取相应的设计措施,可以实现预定的性能目标,工程抗震性能良好,结构体系安全可行。[关键词]超高层;混合结构;抗震设计;斜柱中图分类号:TU398.9 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)02-0007-05Seismic design on ultra-limit high-rise building for Zhongyu International PlazaYu Jinhua, Xiao Zhibin, Liu Zhonghua, Gan Gang(Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310027, China)Abstract: A frame-core wall hybrid system was applied in Zhongyu International Plaza, which exceeds the limit of the code-specification with the height of 204m. In order to guarantee the ductility of the structure, the performance-based seismic design method was adopted and its performance objectives were proposed. Through elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic analysis of critical components under medium earthquake and elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under rare earthquake, seismic performances of the structure and components were verified based on bearing capacity and deformation results under different levels. Structural analysis was carried out by three different calculation software to enhance the reliability of the structural design.
