高强材料等截面置换混凝土柱、墙表层加固方法的应用研究

潘立(中国建筑科学研究院建筑结构研究所,北京 100013)[摘要]对于须进行加固或加层改造的多高层混凝土结构,当仅下部柱、墙的混凝土强度明显低于设计要求时,采用高强材料等截面置换低强混凝土的方法恢复其原设计性能,可避免上部质量合格的结构被连带拆除重建,相应可以降低加固成本、缩短工期和减小社会不利影响。低强混凝土柱、墙置换外周或表层截面加固后,对于其组合截面应力的不均匀程度,可利用后期作用的上部结构荷载、加固前预紧支撑卸荷、后期混凝土徐变予以减小,且不改变这些柱、墙的极限承载力。分别结合2个加固工程实例,介绍了此加固方法的应用成果,可供类似混凝土结构加固改造设计和施工参考。[关键词]高强材料;钢筋混凝土结构;表层等截面置换;叠合界面;折算平均强度;变形协调中图分类号:TU375.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)01-0085-06Application research on the strengthening method for reinforced concrete columns and shear walls by equal surface layer section replaced with high-strength materialsPan Li(Institute of Building Structures, China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: For the multi-layer or high-rise reinforced concrete structures which must be reinforced or layer-adding transformed, when only concrete strength of columns and walls in the bottom of structures is obviously lower than that of design demand, the acceptable upper of these structures can be avoided to demolish in association, by equal surface layer section replaced with high strength materials to increase the average conversion strength of combined section of the vertical members, with decreasing repair cost, duration and unfavorable social impacts. For these reinforced members, uneven level of the combined section stress can be homogenized by adding loads later, unloading from tight supports and concrete creep with ultimate bearing capacities unchanged.
