[摘要] 首先给出了可持续建设的概念，分析了可持续建设内涵，简要介绍了可持续建设实践；其次阐述了可持续建设新模式，即“价值三角形”模式，并深入分析了可持续建设新模式相较于旧模式的两大转变：然后论述了可持续建设指标三维框架图，并根据可持续建设指标三维框架图构建了可持续建设指标矩阵，为可持续建设的定量研究提供了新的思路；最后表述了建筑业在可持续发展要求下的新发展趋势。

Sustainable construction

Abstract: It first introduces the concept of sustainable construction, making an analysis of the connotation of sustainable construction and a brief introduction to sustainable construction practices. Secondly, a new paradigm of sustainable construction is introduced, namely "Value Triangle" model. Thirdly, the paper make a brief introduction to the three-dimensional framework and matrix of sustainable construction indicators. Finally, the sustainable trends of construction industry are expounded.
