空中华西村基础底板大体积混凝土施工技术

[摘要] 空中华西村工程是集酒店式公寓及附属公共配套设施于一体的超高层综合体,总建筑面积212987.42m2。本工程为华西村标志性工程,也是中国农村的标志工程。主体结构为外框架-内简体结构体系,建筑总高328.0m,筏板基础厚4m。施工时,通过优化配合比设计、内置双层冷却管、表面聚苯乙烯泡沫板保温、电子测温仪检测混凝土温度及优化现场施工组织等措施,有效控制了混凝土内外温差和混凝土裂缝的产生。

Construction technology of mass concrete in Kongzhong Huaxi Village project

Abstract: Kongzhong Huaxi Village project is a transfinite high-rise building composed of hotel-style apartments and ancillary public facilities. lt has  a total construction area of 212987.42m2. The building is a landmark project in Huaxi Village, is also a symbol of China's rural areas. The Building is frame-tube structure system, with a total height of 328m. In this four meter-thick mass concrete construction, the temperature difference between inside and outside the concrete is effectively controlled and the emergence of the concrete cracks are prevent, through taking measures such as optimizing concrete mix, setting cooling pipe, the use of polystyrene foam insulation board, electronic thermometer testing concrete center temperature and Optimization ofthe construction site management.
