[摘要] 研制开发了一种用于外墙保温的界面砂浆，通过无机凝胶材料及其他有机添加的优化选择，讨论了聚合物掺量、高效减水剂掺量、水灰比以及灰砂比对界面砂浆力学性能的影响，确定了界面砂浆的基本组成和配比，研制出一种性能优良的界面砂浆，其性能达到《胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙保温系统》(JGJ158-2004)规定的指标要求。

Research on interface mortar

Abstract: A land of external wall thermal insulation interface mortar was developed, the inorganic gel materials and other organic additives were optimum chosen. The influence of polymer cement ratio, high efficiency water reducing agent ratio, water cement ratio and cement sand ratio on the mechanical property of interface mortar have been investigated, and the final component of interface cement was confirmed. The properties of interface cement was accord with External thermal insulating rendering systems made of mortar with mineral binder and using expanded polystyrene granule as aggregate(JGJ158 -2004).
