混凝土多孔砖砌体干燥收缩性能研究*

[摘要] 通过对不同尺寸、不同约束条件的混凝土多孔砖砌体在标准养护和自然养护环境中干燥收缩性能的研究,分析了环境温度、相对湿度、龄期及高度对混凝土多孔砖砌体收缩变形的影响,并提出了考虑这些因素的无约束混凝土多孔砖砌体自由干燥收缩变形估算公式。研究结果可为混凝土多孔砖墙体控制干燥收缩裂缝提供依据。

Study on dry shrinkage deformation of concrete perforated brick masonry

Abstract: Based on the test results for the dry shrinkage deformation of concrete perforated brick masonry with different sizes and different restricting conditions cured in the standard environment and the natural environment within 108 days, the main factors affecting the dry shrinkage deformation such as the ambient temperature, the relative humidity, the curing ages, the height and the restricting condition are discussed and analyzed. The formulas which estimated the free dry shrinkage deformation of concrete perforated brick masonry without restricting are suggested, and this may be as a reference for controlling the dry shrinkage cracks ofconcrete perforated brick masonry.
