托换式挡土墙在处理相邻基底高差中的探讨

[摘要] 对于筏板天然地基,如果相邻车库开挖较深,可在筏板边缘设置托换式挡土墙处理。即通过刚性墙体把筏底压力直接托换至墙底地基土,同时支挡侧向水土压力。其中,墙项截面抗弯强度与墙底抗滑移稳定性是工程验算重点。给出了截面宽度与基底高差、筏底压力的关系图表,工程应用十分便捷。

Application of lift-transfer retaining wall in treatment of adjacent high-low foundation

Abstract: The lift-transfer retaining wall can be set up in the brink of the raft foundation, of which the adjacent garage foundation is deeper on the natural subgrade. The pressure of the raft foundation is transmitted directly to the subgrade through the rigid wall which can also retain the lateral pressure of water and soil. In the project, the major checking points are the top section flexural strength and the bottom anti-slip stability of the wall. It can be used very convenience in engineering programs with chart of the relationslup between the bottom pressure of raft, the section width of retaining wall and the value of foundation elevation difference given in this paper.
