[摘要] 在论述强夯作用机理的基础上，结合重庆江北国际机场第二跑道地基处理工程实际情况，分析了强夯法在高填方、软土地基等复杂地质情况下的应用，可为西南山区机场和公路建设中地基处理提供借鉴。

Dynamic compaction in the second runway of Chongqing Jiangbei lnternationaI Airport engineering

Abstract: Based on the origination of dynamic compaction, then taking into consideration for the engineering practice of the second runway construction in Chongqing Jiangbei Intemational Airport, the paper makes a detailed analysis on dealing with the complicated function mechanism which has high embankment and soft soil base. It can be used as reference in the construction work for airport and highway in southwest mountain area.
