[摘要] 某高层办公楼群地处福建龙岩石灰岩溶地区，土层变化比较复杂，存在溶洞、土洞和土岩临空面等不良地质作用。针对本工程情况，本文比较了CFG桩地基处理、桩筏基础和冲孔灌注桩等基础型式，综合考虑技术可能及造价工期等因素，选择了冲孔灌注桩，并讨论了冲孔灌注桩在施工过程中的难点及解决办法。

High-buildings foundation designin karst region

Abstract: The high-buildings lie in karst region in Fujian Province. The ground condition is complex, where karst cave and hole in soil exist. Based on this project, comparison on CFG pile composite foundation, pile & raft foundation and punch pile foundation is made. Considering technique, cost and time of construction, punch pile foundation is choosed. Difficulty and solution in construction is discussed
