(中国建筑设计研究院北京100044)[摘要] 某高层办公楼群地处福建龙岩石灰岩溶地区,土层变化比较复杂,存在溶洞、土洞和土岩临空面等不良地质作用。针对本工程情况,本文比较了CFG桩地基处理、桩筏基础和冲孔灌注桩等基础型式,综合考虑技术可能及造价工期等因素,选择了冲孔灌注桩,并讨论了冲孔灌注桩在施工过程中的难点及解决办法。

The ground condition is complex, where karst cave and hole in soil exist. Based on this project, comparison on CFG pile composite foundation, pile & raft foundation and punch pile foundation is made. Considering technique, cost and time of construction, punch pile foundation is choosed. Difficulty and solution in construction is discussed
