风力发电高塔系统参数分析

[摘要] 为了验证风力发电高塔系统参数敏感性,实现风力发电高塔系统的优化设计,本文采用通用软件ANSYS 对风力发电高塔系统进行有限元建模,分析了钢塔塔体厚度、塔体高度和塔顶质量对风力发电高塔系统自振频率、屈曲荷载、刚度和结构内力的影响。分析表明,塔体厚度、塔体高度和塔顶质量对风力发电高塔系统自振频率、屈曲荷载、刚度和结构内力均具有较大的影响,是系统的敏感参数。这一分析为风力发电高塔系统的优化设计奠定了基础。

Parametric analysis of wind turbine system

Abstract: To evaluate the parameter sensitivity and to realize the optimal design of wind turbine system, a finite element (FE) model of wind turbine system is established with the help of the commercial software ANSYS. Then, the influences of the critical parameters, i.e. tower thickness, tower height and top mass, to the eigenfrequency, buckling load, stiffness and stress of the wind turbine system are analyzed. The results show that the mechanical behavior of wind turbine tower is sensitive to all of the parameters. Hopefully, the parametric analysis will provide the foundation to the wind turbine system optimal design.
