拱形气肋承载力分析与试验*

[摘要] 先从理论方面对气肋在充气后的应力进行了分析,然后利用力学理论分析了高压、低压气肋的承载力,得到了不同跨度、不同气压、不同半径的拱形气肋三点加载时的竖向承载力值。制作了一个跨度12m、肋径0.8m的低压气肋和一个跨度6m、肋径0.12m的高压气肋模型,进行了荷载试验,并将竖向承载力计算值与试验值进行了对比。结果表明:理论计算值与试验值吻合较好。文中工作对气肋设计具有重要指导作用。

Experiments and analysis of the bearing capacity of air-inflated arch

Abstract: The theoretic formulae and stress are proposed for the Air-Inflated Arch after inflating, then the mechanical theory are used for the calculation of the bearing capacity of the low pressure and high pressure arch, at the same time, the vertical bearing capacity of different span, different pressure and different radius are got. A 12.0m span, 0.8m diameter and a 6.0m span, 0.12m diameter of air-inflated arch were made, and the loading test was carried, the bearing capacity was surveyed. The analytical results are close to the experiments. The research is proved to be much valuable for the practical design of air-inflated arch.
