大型圆筒型钢结构储罐受力性能研究

[摘要] 钢结构圆筒型储罐是一种典型的薄壁结构。随着储罐的日益大型化,其安全性越发重要。本文以某浮置于基础上的5000m3圆筒型钢储罐为例,通过有限元计算,分析了带肋球壳拱顶储罐在荷载作用下罐体的变形及应力情况,研究了罐壁开孔附近应力集中的情况,以及罐顶与罐壁连接部位在不同的连接构造下的应力特点。可为类似钢结构储罐的设计提供参考。

Mechanics study of large vertical steel cylindrical storage tank

Abstract: Steel cylindrical storage tank is a typical kind of shell structures. Now with tank's cubage increasingly, we should pay much more attention to the security of these structures; This study took a 5000m3 unanchored tank for instance, by finite element analysis, obtained the distributions of stress and displacement of the tank with arch nb roof under different load cases, studied stress concentrating near the holes, This study can supplied as a reference for other similar tanks design.
