裙房偏置高层建筑结构地震扭转控制建议

[提要]通过对46种裙房偏置高层建筑结构水平地震扭转计算及平面演变分析,寻找刚度分布和扭转控制参数变化规律,指出结构平面中存在着受扭敏感区和质心区,地震扭转计算和抗扭控制的关键是调整受扭敏感区和质心区抗侧力构件的刚度,使其在结构平面上达到合理分布。分析认为,宜在结构平面上大致划分出受扭敏感区和质心区,采取适当的增加抗扭刚度的构造措施,根据弹塑性时程分析结果提高结构的抗扭性能。

Abstract:By the means of earthquake torsion computation and the dimensional evolution analysis on the level of organization of 46 types of the offset podium of the higrise texture, it tries to find out the regular variation of the distribution of the rigidity and the torsion parameter control.The result indicates that the torsion sensitive area and centroid area exist on the surface of the texture and the key point of the earthquake torsion computation.The torsion resistance control is regulating the rigidity of the lateral force resistance member of the torsion sensitive area and centroid area.The rigidity can be distributed on the surface of the texture reasonably. According to that, some advice on design are given.
