冷弯型钢焊接性能试验研究

[摘要] 通过从冷弯卷边角钢截取平板和弯角板件进行材料力学性能试验,研究冷弯型钢焊接后不同部位对焊接性能的影响。考虑到冷弯型钢实际中的焊接形式存在两种,冷弯型钢与冷弯型钢的焊接以及冷弯型钢与热轧型钢或钢板的焊接,构件试验中设计了这两种焊接连接形式,通过试验确定两种连接形式对焊接性能的影响。试验结果表明,冷加工对焊接性能具有一定的影响,对平板处焊接性能影响较小,对弯角处焊接性能影响明显。

Experimental study on welding property of cold-formed steel members

Abstract: In order to study the welding property of cold-formed steel members, the mechanical property tests are developed on the specimens, which are intercepted from cold-formed lipped angles. Cold-formed steel members have two connection modes usually, the first is the welding of cold formed steel members with cold-formed steel members, and the second is the welding of cold-formed steel members with hot-rolled steels or steel plates. In order to study the welding property to cold-formed steel members of different kinds of connection modes, the two connection modes are designed in specimen tests. The research shows that the effect of cold-formed procedures of cold-formed steel members has certain effect to welding property. The influence degree of bending angle plates is more obvious than flat plates.
