[摘要] 对一起设备基础预埋螺栓疲劳破坏事故进行分析。描述了结构破坏的特点，阐述了疲劳破坏的典型表现，并将破坏理论与结构实际表现进行了印证，从结构运行方式分析了疲劳作用的产生，详细剖析了事故原因。探讨结构工程中的人为缺陷问题，提出事故结构的改进修复方案。

    Analysis of barb bolt fatigue failure

Abstract: The analysis process of barb bolt fatigue failure in an equipment foundation structureisgiven. The structure break character and the standard behave of high cycle fatigue is expounded fully. These characters are proved by the theory of fatigue ofmetals. The course of fatigue ofmetals is explained form running ofthe equipment. The reason ofthe structure accident is construed. The problem of man made error is brought forward too. Base on that, the repair project of the accident structure is drawn.
