[摘要] 介绍了一种在地震发生后，对既有桥梁的快速应急评估系统。具体包括其评估指标及相应的权重，评估结果的认定，以及对应措施等。并在此基础上，重点介绍了既有桥梁震后应急评估系统决策软件的主要功能和基本操作过程。

Post earthquake investigation system for existing bridges

Abstract: A rapid and efficient method of inspecting bridge structures after an earthquake is presented  The Post Earthquake Investigation System is composed of evaluation index and corresponding weight, determining of the assessment results, appropriate posting actions and recommendations. Based on the investigation system, a decision support software is developed from the expert opinions of the authors.
