[摘要] 钢结构房屋火灾后鉴定是一个新课题，目前尚没有火灾鉴定标准，结合某鉴定实例，围绕火灾鉴定的三个关键，阐述了钢结构火灾鉴定的调查、检测、分析和灾损程度的评定。具有较强的实用性，可供类似工程参考。

Abstract: The safety appraisal about steel structure building after Fire is a new problem, so up to now there is no appraisal code about it. Conceming three important keys about fire appraisal, the investigation, tested, analysis and assessment about an engineering example is introduced in this paper. The practical experience can provide reference advice for correlative projects.
