[摘要] 通过对某高层剪力墙在建住宅工程改造加固设计实践，讨论了在建工程改造加固设计中遇到的一些有关设计原则、结构计算、结构构造等具体问题，并针对具体结构构件的特点提出了详细合理的加固构造做法。

On design of transformation and reinforcement of building under construction

Abstract: Based on an actual design practice of a high-rise building under construction, the paper focuses on such specific aspects of structural design as the design principles, structural calculations and structural construction concerning a building transformation and reinforcement. Some detailed and reasonable consolidating practices in accordance with the characteristics of structural members are put forward.
