[摘要] 简要介绍了某混合结构房屋的质量检测内容，依据有关资料和规程，对房屋进行抗震鉴定，并结合现场检测情况和该建筑的特点提出加固措施，以提高房屋抗震性能，保证房屋安全使用。通过工程实例，可供处理同类工程结构质量问题时参考。

Abstract: The content about quality examination of a hybrid structure is briefly introduced. According to the date and regulation, the seismic evaluation is conducted.  In connection of the site examination and the special feature of the building, seismic strengthening was carried out.
