[摘要] 西单大悦城工程为一大型公建项目，结构体系为混凝土框架．剪力墙结构。在主体结构旖工完成后项目竣工前，由于业主方对项目的市场定位及使用功能改变，相应外立面、建筑功能以及使用荷载均发生非常大的变化，相应带来结构主体、局部的多处加固改造。本文对该项目有关加固改造部位的实际情况、要求以及采取的相应加固改造手段等做简要阐述，以供同类设计参考。

Introduction of strengthening techniques for Xidan Mall

Abstract: Xidan Mall is a large public building,   and the system of structure is frame-shear structure.Before the closeout of this project, extensive alterations were made on the external surfaces, architectural functions, and the load due to changes required by the owner to enhance marketability and functionality. Accordingly, the structural elements have been reinforced or reconstructedo This paper briefly introduces how Xidan Mallis strengthened, which is the reference for later similar public building and strengthening.
