(1南京市江宁区建设工程质量监督站,南京211100; 2南京方园建设工程材料检测中心,南京211100)[摘要] 汶川8.0级大地震宏观震中地震烈度高达6度,造成大量房屋结构破坏和倒塌,本文对震中区以及周边高烈度区内砌体结构和砖混结构的城镇房屋典型震害现象进行了详细的调查和研究,对这些结构类型房屋的工程基本信息、震害特征和房屋受损情况进行了简要描述,对房屋的震损安全进行了鉴定,并从抗震措施方面提出了加强这些房屋的加固措施及其建议,相关的内容可作为相同类别的房屋震损安全鉴定及其加固提供很好的参考。

The basic condition of structures, the characteristics of earthquake damage at the same time, some damage characteristics and earthquake resistant problems are briefly discussed.
