民用建筑抗震设计应考虑逃生保障

[摘要] 根据地震时建筑物内人员的逃生自救途径分析并结合汶川震害情况,指出对民用建筑抗震设计要保证强震时室内临时避难空间以及逃生通道沿途的结构构件和非结构构件不受损坏或只受到轻微损坏,提出了对民用建筑第三水准抗震设防目标的补充要求以及相应的地震逃生保障设计措施。

Abstract: According to analysis of the escape paths for people interior when the earthquake happened, and the situation of disaster in WenChuan earthquake. The author suggests that seismic design for civil buildings must ensure that the structural and non-structural elements along the interior passage-way and the temporary space for refuge must be unbroken or broken lightly when the strong earthquak happening; Also presents some additional terms for the goal on the third level about the seismic design of civil buildings, and some corresponding design means for. protection of escape.
