某大型升船机结构振动台试验设计

[摘要] 本文介绍某大型升船机结构振动台试验模型在模型材料选取、动力相似关系确定以及试验方案设计方面的解决办法。针对该升船机塔柱纵立面开洞少、沿高度楼板少,摆放附加配重的困难,提出了局部增加楼板或减少楼板的解决方法,并利用SAP2000软件对简化试验模型进行了计算分析,计算结果表明模型中楼板的简化处理对整体结构自振特性和地震反应影响很小,简化方法是可行性,但是,外纵墙预留洞口必须修补,才能更好模拟原型的动力特性。本文提供的试验设计思路对今后相关的试验工作有一定的借鉴作用。

Design of a large ship lift tower structural model for shaking table test

Abstract: The structural system characteristics, model material selection, similitude-scaling relationship and design of the structural model of a large ship lift tower are illustrated in this paper. Due to fewer holes on the longitudinal elevations of the ship lift tower and limit floor areas in the ship lift tower along height, it is difficult to place all additional masses onto the available floors. In order to solve this difficulty, some additional floors along the structural height were added at certain level. However, within the staircases each alternative floor was omitted for model construction. SAP2000 was used to analyze the simplified test model and the results demonstrate that the dynamic characteristics and seismic responses of simplified model are approximate to those of prototype structure. The conclusion is that the proposed method is feasible in the test. The method applied in model will be helpful to other experimental studies.
