【提要】 借助足尺模型试验,测定了三种形式的预应力筋张拉过程中的孔道摩阻损失。试验结果表明,直线型和小曲率预应力筋孔道的摩阻损失较小,而大曲率情况的孔道摩阻损失超过30%。引入非线性摩擦的概念,建立了预应力摩阻损失模型,并将模型计算结果与试验结果进行
比较,摩擦模量取10~11N/mm时二者符合较好。

Abstract:By means of full size model test,the hole friction loss of three kinds of prestressed reinforcements have been measured,which be little for the linear and the small curvature prestressed reinforcements,on the contrary its excess 30% for large curvatures. The conception of nonlinear friction has been imported,and then the prestressed friction loss model has been constituted. The results of model forecasting and the testing have been compared,which be accord well when friction modulus be taken to 10~11.
