高层剪力墙结构连梁的设计与分析

[摘要] 连梁是对剪力墙结构抗震性能和承载力影响较大的构件之一,在工程设计中常常遇到连梁超筋这一现象,如何合理采取连梁超筋措施尤为重要。根据双肢剪力墙结构的简化模型,采用近似理论对其进行分析。充分地揭示了连梁刚度与墙肢刚度在结构内力分布中起到的作用及其相互之间的关系和影响。最后,依据剪力墙结构计算原理结合工程实例分析连梁超筋措施。

Design and analysis of coupling beams of shear wall structure in tall buildings

Abstract: The coupling beam is one of the components with greater impact on anti-seismic performance and bearing capacity in the shear wall structure, and its over-reinforcement often faces us in engineering design. To solve this problem, it is especially important to select and take reasonable over-reinforced measures. Based on the simplified model of coupled shear wall structure, this paper uses the approximate theory to for analysis, fully demonstrating influence of coupling beam rigidity and shear wall rigidity on structural endogenous force distribution as well as their correlation and interaction. In the last section, the paper uses the calculation theory on shear wall structure to analyze by engineering instances over-reinforced measures.
