[摘要] 本工程属于带大底盘多塔楼体型复杂、平立面不规则的高层建筑结构,根据业主对建筑功能及分期建设的需求,地上部分塔楼与裙房间设置防震缝,形成各自较规则的抗侧力结构单元。文章就地基处理及抗浮方案、主体结构选型、结构整体计算、抗震措施等作简要介绍。对类似工程有一定的参考作用。

Structural design of the eastwing of the Phoenix Place

Abstract: The Phoenix Place is an enlarged base multi-tower complex tall building which is irregular both in plane and elevation. According to the owner's request on building function and construction progress, seismic joints are set between the towers and the podium to make each one remain a separate structural unit. This article gives a brief introduction of the selection of ground treatment and floating treatment, the selection of main structural style and integral structural analysis, and gives a reference value for similar projects.
