建筑织物膜材的单轴和双轴拉伸材性试验研究

摘 要

【提要】  以PVDF膜材为试验对象,进行了织物膜材的单轴和双轴拉伸的材性试验研究,测定和对比了试验模材在单向和双向应力状态下的弹性常数。试验发现,当荷载在15%极限强度范围内时,膜材应力应变关系基本呈线性,建议膜材经向弹性模量约取950MPa,纬向约为700MPa。另外还进行了织物膜材在单轴拉伸状态下的焊缝强度试验,测定和对比了不同焊接方式和宽度的焊缝强度,建议单面对接焊缝宽度不应小于50mm,搭接不应小于30mm。

Abstract:The elastic constants of PVDF fabric material are determined by the uniaxial and biaxial tensile tests,and the results of uniaxial and biaxial tensile test are compared. It is indicated that the stressstrain relationship of the fabric is linear when the stress is under 15% of limit strength. It is suggested that the elastic module of the fabric should take 950MPa in longitudinal direction and 700MPa in latitudinal direction. In addition,the weld strengths of different weld width and type are determined by uniaxial tensile test. The results show that the width and the overlapped length of the butt welding on one side should not be less than 50mm and 30mm.
