(广东粤建建筑设计研究院,广州510300;广州亚森建筑设计咨询有限公司,广州510030)[摘要] 对某工程中的钢管混凝土柱外加强环式节点进行数值模拟,研究了其在弹性阶段的受力特点。模拟表明:加强环板的受力比较均匀,设计上有较大强度剩余;腹板和翼缘板在加载区域出现了一定程度的应力集中。整个节点在工作状态下,各构件的强度只达到了设计强度的一半左右,说明节点有足够的强度储备来应对特殊情况。

Ltd, Guangzhou, 510030, China)Abstract: Numberical simulation is used to analyze the joint of concrete-filled steel tube column and steel beam of crane with outer ring stiffeners. Mechanical properties in the elastic stage of the joint is studied. Simulation shows that the stress of ring stiffeners is well-proportioned and there is more strength residual in design. Stress convergence occours on the web plane and flange plane in the loading area. In the working situation, the strength of members reaches half of the design strength. It indicates that the joint has enough reserved strength to deal with special situation.
