【提要】 北京银泰中心工程为一特大型综合性项目,各建筑部分置于同一筏形基础底盘上,结构超高、荷载大而分布极不均匀。从基础选型、筏板设计、桩基计算、基础抗浮与沉降、桩基检测等各方面,全面介绍北京银泰中心桩筏基础设计,阐述了桩筏基础设计的思路,分析了此类基础设计中应注意的事项。

Abstract:Beijing Yintai center project is a super large scale complex project. All parts of the building,super high,with large and uniform distribution load,are based on the same raft foundation. The pileraft design is introduced including foundation selection,raft design,pile foundation calculation,foundation antifloat and settlement,pile foundation check etc. The design concept of pileraft foundation and measures are given which should be paid attention in the design of this type of foundation.
