【提要】  北京银泰中心工程为一特大型综合性项目，各建筑部分置于同一筏形基础底盘上，结构超高、荷载大而分布极不均匀。从基础选型、筏板设计、桩基计算、基础抗浮与沉降、桩基检测等各方面，全面介绍北京银泰中心桩筏基础设计，阐述了桩筏基础设计的思路，分析了此类基础设计中应注意的事项。

Abstract:Beijing Yintai center project is a super large scale complex project. All parts of the building，super high，with large and uniform distribution load，are based on the same raft foundation. The pileraft design is introduced including foundation selection，raft design，pile foundation calculation，foundation antifloat and settlement，pile foundation check etc. The design concept of pileraft foundation and measures are given which should be paid attention in the design of this type of foundation.
