(现代设计集团现代都市建筑设计院,上海200041)[摘要] 本文结合实例工程的基础设计,总结了钻孔灌注嵌岩桩基在考虑欠固结土层负摩阻力影响下,按地质勘察参数和规范要求计算的单桩承载力理论计算值,与桩基实际承载力可能存在的差别,提出通过破坏性试桩和设置桩身测力装置的方法,检测桩基的实际承载能力,并结合对检测结果的分析判别,确定欠固结土层对桩基的影响参数。实际工程桩基设计时,选择合适的桩基承载力控制指标,在保证基础安全的前提下,能设计出结构合理、经济性较好的桩基基础。

( Xiandai Architectural Design Croup UD Architectural Design Institute, Shanghai 200041)Abstract: Based on the foundation design of practical projects, summarized the calculated value of bearing capacity of single bored cast-in-situ concrete pile under negative skin friction resistance of underconsolidated soil according to the parameters of geological investigation and requirements of specifications, and differences between theoretical and actual bearing capacities of pile foundation, proposing methods of conducting destructive test pile and setting pile force measuring device, checking the actual bearing capacity of pile foundation, determining the influence parameter of underconsolidated soil acting on pile foundation in combination with analysis of experiment result. The suitable control indicator of bearing capacity of pile foundation will be selected during design of engineering pile foundations, designing economical pile foundations with reasonable structure on condition of ensuring safety foundations.
