(1南京工业大学,南京210009;2江苏建华建设有限公司,南京210009)[摘要] 某港口单层钢架结构仓库,采用柱下独立基础,基础设置于强夯处理后的较硬的浅层地基上且下部存在较厚的软弱下卧层。由于堆载过大,地基产生较大沉降变形,造成基础出现不均匀沉降。在对沉降原因详细分析的基础上,采用锚杆静压桩托换技术进行地基加固处理,在短期内对控制沉降变形取得明显的效果。

Excessive accumulated loads caused large and asymmetric settlement of the foundation. On the basic of detailed analysis of the reasons for ground settlement, using underpinning of static - jacked anchor piles to improve the ground, obvious effect to control settlement deformation is achieved in a short time.
