[摘要] 本文介绍了某桩基工程基槽开挖中出现施工质量事故的情况，通过调查和分析查明了桩发生倾斜和断裂的原因。结合现场实际情况并利用管桩的特点，采用非常规的方法对断桩成功地进行了处理，节约了资金和缩短了工期，对今后类似桩基工程施工具有较好的参考价值。

    Anylasis and Processing of a Certain Pile Accident in Wuhan

Abstract: The article introduced the construction accident of a certain pile foundation project happened during the excavation. It found out the reason of the inclination and breakdown of the pile through investigation and analysis. Based on the actual situation on site and the pile feature, it took speacial measures to repair the broken pile. Therfore it saved the expense and shorted the constructiong period. It can be a valued reference for the similar pile project in the future.
