[摘要] 某办公楼因增层改造造成基础梁承载力不足，采用体外预应力加固法对基础梁进行加固，使之满足上部结构增层改造的需要。本文介绍了体外预应力法加固基础梁的设计方法与构造，可供类似工程参考。

    Strengthening Design of Foundation Beams with External Prestressing Tendons

Abstract: The foundation beams of an office building are lack of load carrying capacity because of adding floors, the capacity can be increased by external prestress strengthen method. This paper introduced the foundation beam strengthening design process of external prestress method and construction details, which can be referred by the similar projects.
